The Gyst Client Console is an intuitive, web browser based user interface that allows you to optimize the efficiency gains Gyst provides for maximum cost savings and improved CX.
The tool also allows the client to view very high resolution data on voice application performance, including data on where to improve the dialog flow, when to use speech versus touch-tone for input, where caller response timeouts need to be adjusted, when to get a customer out of the IVR or voice bot and into another channel, and so forth.
